Quick dessert recipe: Almond balls

If, like us, you bought almond flour a long time ago for one recipe and it’s been fine since then, this is the fastest and nicest way to use it up. 🙂 If you have all the ingredients at home, you will only need 10 minutes to prepare them!

Ingredients (for 15 balls):

  • 120 g of almond flour
  • 50 g of almond butter
  • 30 g of agave syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a uniform mixture and shape into balls.
  2. You can roll them in chocolate – we used milk chocolate and covered them with cooking chocolate.

For all the balls you need: 120 g of milk chocolate

Put the finished balls to cool for a few minutes.

A Few Tips:

  • you can replace agave syrup with honey or any other syrup
  • you can make almond butter at home: bake the almonds at 150°C for about 20 minutes and simply blend them in a blender until the consistency of butter
  • you can also make almond flour at home: grind blanched almonds to a fine floury texture
