Tasty and crispy cottage cheese patties

Fresh cow’s cheese is one of those foods that you can do anything with. This time I decided to use it as a base for braids, which in my household, no matter what they are made of, immediately darken.

In addition to the fact that they are really easy to prepare, you can add a bunch of spices to them as you wish. I had what I love most in the fridge, fresh chives, which is a great combination with fresh cheese.

You mix all the ingredients, shape the dumplings, fry them a little on the pan and that’s it – you have a great side dish or snack. You can serve them with anything… 

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of fresh cow’s cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • coconut oil
  • spices as desired

Preparation:

Add fresh cheese and eggs to the bowl. Mix everything well.

Then add flour and salt and mix. Add spices as desired, I added chopped fresh chives.

Put coconut oil in a pan and heat it.

Take out and shape the meatballs with a spoon, then place them carefully in the hot oil.

Fry the meatballs on each side for two minutes, until they turn golden yellow.
