Refined breakfast: Baked egg in avocado

Avocado and eggs are a proven combination. It is a meal that many have embraced and eat it often.

But here is a variation on the theme, and it comes from an oven in which the avocado will serve as a basket in which you will place your egg, which will then be baked that way.

You can add spices, cheese, etc. to everything, and what is certain is that you will get an excellent, tasty and healthy breakfast. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Himalayan salt
  • explained
  • grated cheese as desired
  • spices as desired

Preparation:

Cut the avocado lengthwise to make two halves.

Scoop out a portion of the flesh with a spoon and remove the pit to make room for the egg, which you then pour into the avocado.

If desired, add grated cheese, pepper, Himalayan salt and spices that suit you.

Put everything together in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy, have a good time!
