The combination of blueberries, cheesecake and crispy base is one that we all love. If we make all this in the form of cubes, we will have a perfect dessert!

Today we bring you a recipe for cheesecake cubes with blueberries!

Ingredients:

For the foundation:

  • 9 graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, at room temperature

Cheesecake cream:

  • 220 g cream cheese
  • 120 ml of Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml meda
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon juice
  • 70 g blueberry

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oven to 175 degrees, and grease a 20×20 cm baking pan.
  2. Put the graham crackers and butter in a blender and blend until you get the form of crumbs.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it on the bottom of the baking dish and press on the top to harden the mixture.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Now add cream cheese, Greek yogurt and honey to a clean blender. Blend everything well until you get a creamy mixture.
  6. Now mix the mixture with a spatula and remove if anything sticks to the edges, then add the egg white, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Blend until you get a creamy mixture.
  7. Finally, add the blueberries and mix them into the mixture, then pour the mixture over the base.
  8. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator. When the cake has cooled down, cut it into cubes of the desired size.
