If you live according to the rules of the paleo diet, then there is no need to worry about missing out on pizza. You literally need two ingredients for this paleo pizza dough, eggs and coconut flour.
It’s done in no time and more importantly, it won’t disappoint you. Of course, you can play around with the filling in a paleo way. Well, if one of the following days is pizza day, make it the paleo version, because why not?
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- spices of your choice (salt, pepper, etc.)
Preparation:
Mix the eggs in a bowl, then slowly add the coconut flour, mixing until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the spices, then grease the pan with coconut oil and heat it up.
Place the dough on the pan and bake for 4 minutes until bubbles appear on top. Then turn the mixture over and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Use the finished dough as a classic pizza base. Put the filling as desired and then bake the pizza normally in the oven.
