Make your own integral sticks!

Along with a movie and a series, we often like to serve some kind of snack at home. We also try to make it as healthy as possible, and not reach for store-bought chips or the like.

The other day there was a marathon of movies, and with them these integral sticks. Beer also happened haha. All in all, it was a good combination, and the sticks melted in no time. Double dose next time. 

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of flax seeds
  • 100 g of sesame
  • 150 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 350 g of almond flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 2 dl of water

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and seeds, then add oil and water and combine everything together.
  2. Shape the mixture with your hands and form sticks.
  3. Arrange them like this on a tray that you have previously lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake the sticks in an oven heated to 220°C for about 25 minutes.
