For many people, the first association when they think of tortillas is minced meat. Regardless of the meat, tortillas offer a number of preparation methods, and by adding different sauces and vegetables, the tortilla becomes an inexhaustible source of meal ideas.

1. Tortilla with spicy ground beef
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili
- 250 g of ground lean beef
- 200 g peeled (canned)
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, from a tube
- 200 g of canned red beans
- 4 tortillas
Preparation:
In a medium-deep frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic and onion and sauté for a few minutes, until the onion softens and the garlic becomes translucent. Add cumin, paprika and chili and cook for a minute while stirring.
Add the minced meat and stir with a wooden spoon for about 3 minutes, until the meat changes color. Add the tomato, tomato puree and beans and increase the heat. Wait until it boils, then reduce the heat again to medium. mix for 4-5 minutes, until the mixture hardens.
