Pizza is one of those meals that we all love, or rather adore. Honestly, after every regular pizza I feel a heavy weight in my stomach, so I had to find some alternatives.
I know, there are many versions of healthy pizzas, starting with dough and flour, and ending with those in which some ingredients imitate the base on which the filling goes.
The suggestion that I bring you below is essentially a version of a keto pizza with a base that you will prepare within five minutes.
I believe I already bought you there. With all that, the ending of this pizza can go in two directions, and find out for yourself below…
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium husks
for the filling
- tomato paste or sauce
- Turkey ham
- sir gauda
- mozzarella
- a mixture of spices (oregano, thyme, rosemary…)
- leaves of fresh basil
coconut oil
Preparation:
Put all the base ingredients in a blender and blend them for about a minute. During this time, heat the frying pan to a medium temperature, which you previously greased a little with oil. Then pour the mixture into it.
When the base is baked on one side, turn it over. Then cover it with tomato sauce with the addition of a spice mixture. Add grated Gouda, thinly sliced ham and shredded mozzarella.
You can then put everything together in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts completely (if the pan allows it, or transfer it to a baking sheet), or cover the pan and wait for the same to happen.
