Ideal breakfast: Savory no-carb pancake with ham and cheese

Many of us start the day with eggs, but even though the options for preparing eggs are almost unlimited, we always somehow decide on a few tried-and-tested options. Today I bring you a different recipe, a great idea for preparing breakfast: savory pancake with ham and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 spoon of sour cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little pepper
  • 2 fete topivog sira
  • 2 pieces of turkey, chicken or other ham
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee

Procedure:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, cream and beat well until you get a uniform mixture.
  3. Put oil or ghee on the pan and let it heat up.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the pan.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the entire surface of the pancake.
  6. Arrange the cheese on half of the pancake and the ham on top of it.
  7. Cover the pan until the cheese melts.
  8. Now gently, without tearing the pancake, use a spatula to transfer the empty half over the one with the filling (fold it).
  9. If you want, fold it one more time.

Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
