Chocolate protein brownie with raspberries

Here is an excellent dark chocolate and raspberry protein brownie. A high proportion of protein, but also other ingredients that are abundant in high-value nutrients such as raspberries and cocoa powder, which are powerful antioxidants, make this brownie a desirable dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 2 cups of dates
  • 4 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of whey protein, chocolate flavor
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

After the top:

  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Put all the ingredients except raspberries and dark chocolate in a blender and blend until you get a smooth creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. The inside of the cake will still be moist after 20 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick and pulling it out.
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about 20 minutes.
  5. Then pour the melted dark chocolate over the top and immediately arrange the raspberries to drown in the chocolate.
  6. Place in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate, then cut into brownies of the desired size.
