Sometimes we all just want to start the day with a delicious, sweet, filling, but also healthy breakfast. Oatmeal is the best and simplest solution in such situations. The preparation is short, and the result will satisfy even the pickiest. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes, as desired
  • almond milk

Procedure: 

Heat the milk and add oatmeal, c and cocoa to it. 

With constant stirring, cook the porridge to the desired thickness. 

Add the sliced ​​banana on top. 

Eat while it’s warm.
