This is like making oatmeal out of apples and baking it to make a cake. But when did it occur to you to do that?
Interesting and healthy, and finished quickly.
Ingredients (for sheet 20×20 cm):
Wet ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- 45 g of maple syrup
- 170 ml oat or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 2 large apples, grated and drained of liquid
Dry ingredients:
- 190 g of oatmeal
- 70 g oat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 180°C and prepare a 20×20 cm silicone baking sheet.
- Clean and grate the apples (can be with the skin, but wash it well). Mix all wet ingredients and grated apples in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and mix everything with a spoon to combine.
- Transfer to the prepared silicone sheet and bake in a heated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Let it cool, and it is best to eat it while it is still lukewarm.
- If desired, serve with a little peanut butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and apple slices
