Delicious spinach-stuffed chicken for today’s lunch

With just a little effort and in a short time at home, we can make a very good meal that consists of regularly used ingredients, but the method of preparation is a little more creatively thought out. This is exactly the case with this stuffed chicken, which is nothing but chicken with spinach and mozzarella.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 30 g of fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 75 g of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 75 g of mozzarella, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, and place baking paper on the baking tray.
  2. Pour olive oil over the chicken breast. Cut each breast on the thinner side, creating an opening that you can stuff.
  3. Mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, and gouda and mozzarella in a bowl. Spoon this mixture over the chicken breast.
  4. Then season the meat with paprika, salt and pepper, then place it on baking paper and put it in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with grilled vegetables or a simple green salad.
