Here is another in a series of cakes that are healthy, tasty, ready quickly and that you are guaranteed to enjoy.
Bananas, almonds, chocolate is a combination that always goes well when it comes to homemade cakes.
It’s also a great thing that it’s gluten free, and it will also go perfectly with your morning coffee if you still like to start the day with a sweet snack without any remorse.
These are the foods you need to achieve this sensation for your taste buds. It’s really not hard, trust me.
Ingredients:
- 4 banana
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 9 tablespoons of gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- a small pinch of Himalayan salt
- a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
- 1 row of melted dark chocolate for decoration
Preparation:
Peel the bananas and mash them, or even better, blend them. Then mix the obtained mixture with olive oil, almond milk, coconut sugar. Mix everything together until the ingredients are well combined.
Then add gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to the mixture. Mix again and pour the mixture into a container that is resistant to high temperatures.
Bake the cake for about 25 minutes at 190°. Use the toothpick method to check if it is ready. When the cake is ready, take it out and let it cool.
At the end, cover the banana cake with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Enjoy!
