Along with a movie and a series, we often like to serve some kind of snack at home. We also try to make it as healthy as possible, and not reach for store-bought chips or the like.
The other day there was a marathon of movies, and with them these integral sticks. Beer also happened haha. All in all, it was a good combination, and the sticks melted in no time. Double dose next time.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of flax seeds
- 100 g of sesame
- 150 g of pumpkin seeds
- 350 g of almond flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 2 dl of water
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients and seeds, then add oil and water and combine everything together.
- Shape the mixture with your hands and form sticks.
- Arrange them like this on a tray that you have previously lined with baking paper.
- Bake the sticks in an oven heated to 220°C for about 25 minutes.
