Many of us start the day with eggs, but even though the options for preparing eggs are almost unlimited, we always somehow decide on a few tried-and-tested options. Today I bring you a different recipe, a great idea for preparing breakfast: savory pancake with ham and cheese.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 spoon of sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- A little pepper
- 2 fete topivog sira
- 2 pieces of turkey, chicken or other ham
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee
Procedure:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, cream and beat well until you get a uniform mixture.
- Put oil or ghee on the pan and let it heat up.
- Spread the egg mixture evenly over the pan.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the entire surface of the pancake.
- Arrange the cheese on half of the pancake and the ham on top of it.
- Cover the pan until the cheese melts.
- Now gently, without tearing the pancake, use a spatula to transfer the empty half over the one with the filling (fold it).
- If you want, fold it one more time.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
