The fastest and easiest recipe for guacamole, avocado spread

Guacamole is an excellent solution for breakfast or a snack.

For those who don’t know, it’s a super easy avocado spread that’s rich in healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lime
  • sol, explain

Procedure:

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork until you get a pulp.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic as small as possible, and squeeze the lime.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get an edible creamy mixture.
  4. Leave in the fridge.

If you wish, you can add finely chopped dried tomatoes to this recipe, which will add flavor to the spread. 

Spread guacamole on toast or crackers, and you can also add baby or young spinach leaves on top.
