When was the last time you made homemade biscuits? Boy, I don’t remember either, but when I saw this simple and healthy recipe I had to try it.
Banana takes center stage, followed by oatmeal, etc. You probably have both at home. It only takes a few minutes for everything, and the result will delight you. These biscuits are great with coffee.
Ingredients:
- 2 banana
- 50 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of honey
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 spoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover the tray with baking paper.
- Mash the bananas and mix them with milk, beaten egg, honey and vanilla extract.
- Then add oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
- Using a spoon, spread the dough on baking paper the size of a biscuit.
- Leave a few centimeters between each one.
- Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, until the edges are golden.
