Delicious banana biscuits that you will enjoy for days

When was the last time you made homemade biscuits? Boy, I don’t remember either, but when I saw this simple and healthy recipe I had to try it.

Banana takes center stage, followed by oatmeal, etc. You probably have both at home. It only takes a few minutes for everything, and the result will delight you. These biscuits are great with coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 2 banana
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 spoon of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover the tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix them with milk, beaten egg, honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Then add oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  4. Using a spoon, spread the dough on baking paper the size of a biscuit.
  5. Leave a few centimeters between each one.
  6. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, until the edges are golden.

Enjoy them. And definitely take it to work.
