Ingredients:
- Gluten flour : 200 g
- Edible yeast : 3 tablespoons
- Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder : 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth : 180 ml
- Salt and pepper
To make these delicious seitan croquettes, start by preparing the seitan dough by mixing gluten flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a large bowl. Then add vegetable stock and mix well. Knead the dough for a few minutes until you obtain a homogeneous and elastic texture. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
Preparing the breading
Ingredients:
- Breadcrumbs : 150 g
- Paprika : 1 teaspoon
