  • 4 slices of wholemeal or cereal bread
  • 300g fresh shiitake, cut into strips
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fleur de sel and ground black pepper

Preparation :

  1. Brown the shiitakes in 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes , until they are tender and lightly browned.
